Steven's career has been built at the intersection of science and execution. Currently serving as Senior Director of Strategic Accounts at Harrow, he plays a key role in driving national commercial strategy, collaborating across marketing, sales, and leadership teams to execute high-impact initiatives including innovative access models such as direct-to-prescriber pharmaceutical programs.
Prior to this, Steven held leadership roles across organizations including ImprimisRx, Lexitas Pharma Services, Santen, and Eyevance Pharmaceuticals, where he consistently drove top-line revenue growth, built and managed strategic relationships with key opinion leaders and large healthcare systems, and supported the advancement and commercialization of ophthalmic therapies. His experience spans the full product lifecycle, from early-stage development support and clinical trial alignment to market access and commercial execution.
In parallel with his corporate leadership, Steven is a serial entrepreneur and Co-Founder of MYZE, a digitally native patient engagement platform focused on transforming the eye care journey through continuous, personalized care. This entrepreneurial experience reflects his deep commitment to improving patient outcomes by rethinking how therapies are delivered, supported, and adopted in real-world settings.
As CEO of OcuSynex, Steven has built a differentiated model that integrates medical writing, early development strategy, clinical trial execution through CRO partnerships, and a cutting-edge contract commercial infrastructure.
